Delete your DragCodeX account

This page explains how to request deletion of your DragCodeX account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@DragCodeX.app from the same email address used for your DragCodeX account.
2. Use the subject line DragCodeX account deletion request.
3. Include the email (or username) of the account you want deleted.

We will verify ownership of the account and process the request within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or for security / dispute resolution).

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove or irreversibly anonymize:

• Account authentication data (email / login credentials)
• Optional profile details you saved in the app
• Favorites
• Rate a Queen votes and related preferences
• In-app settings tied to your account

What we may retain

We may keep limited records for a short additional period when required for security, abuse prevention, backups, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you are not personal data and may remain.

Partial data deletion (without closing the account)

Today, DragCodeX offers account deletion as described above. To clear specific in-app data (for example favorites) without deleting the whole account, you can remove it inside the app where available, or email privacy@DragCodeX.app with your request.
